TINDO Nudist Club Have you ever wondered what it is like to relax, play sport, socialise or just escape to your weekend retreat and do it all without the inhibitions of clothing.
That’s what Tindo members do on a regular basis.
For most of their lives they are like you, busy at work, busy with families, busy doing household chores and maintenance but they have the opportunity to escape to their private retreat in the Barossa and catch up with friends, enjoy the many facilities that are available at Tindo and unwind from the drudgery of everyday life to “recharge their batteries” ready for life’s next challenge, knowing that they can do it all again, maybe next weekend.
Just imagine waking up to the sounds of nature, strolling out of your shack or caravan with the warm sun welcoming you as you wander through the wooded paths to a solar heated pool for that refreshing morning swim, all in the nude and in total privacy from the “outside” world.
After breakfast you may wish to challenge other members to a variety of sporting activities, watch the kids play, take the dog for a walk, relax and read a book or close your eyes and dream. Whatever, the choice is yours. At Tindo there is no pressure to do anything, it is a way of life, although you would be amazed at the extent members go to enjoy themselves.
As nudists, we consider it a normal way of life, providing a feeling of complete freedom without inhibitions and possibly the best way to qualify the concerns of those who have never experienced these feelings is to use the analogy “You cannot appreciate the view unless you have climbed the mountain”.
And “climbing the mountain” is easy. Tindo welcomes new members, and whilst it is not a requirement to remove your clothes immediately it is a requirement that members are genuine nudists and will be nude at all times (weather and personal circumstances permitting).
We are continually amazed at how quickly people adapt to our relaxed lifestyle and readily accept the philosophy of nudism and thoroughly enjoy the pleasures of being naked.
By becoming a member of Tindo, you can also become a member of the Australian Naturist Federation (ANF) for a reduced rate and in turn a member of the International Naturist Federation (INF). These two organisations help to maintain the image of nudism throughout Australia and the world respectively. The ANF publish a code of behaviour designed to ensure that both individuals and groups know what is expected of them in a nude environment; Tindo fully endorses the code for our members and guests.
Potential members of Tindo undergo a probation period of three months during which specific objectives must be met. Probation allows the club to assess potential members to ensure that they are genuine nudists. Tindo has refused membership, where necessary, and will continue to place the safety and protection of our members and visitors at the pinnacle of all we do.
If you are concerned about predatory behaviour as may be experienced in some public nudist venues, then let us assure you that anybody demonstrating that behaviour can and will be removed from Tindo’s grounds and if they are a member, they face the risk of their membership being revoked.
Tindo takes its member’s and visitor’s privacy seriously. To reveal any other Member’s identity, Club membership, and/or personal details, to anyone, without that Member’s expressed permission, is prohibited.
Tindo expects that everybody will have the right to protection from abuse and unnecessary attention. The protection of women and children is a major focus with Tindo having a zero tolerance for any inappropriate behaviours.
Tindo’s Code of Conduct and Under 18’s Policy form the backbone of Tindo’s behavioural expectations for members and visitors alike and are actively enforced.
